Programme Outcomes

KadoshAI measures programme outcomes with a structured framework — not vague claims. We track skill development, workflow automation, application deployment and organisational adoption, and we label every piece of evidence by type so you know how much weight it carries.

Measurement

What we measure

Outcomes fall into four areas. Each is tracked separately so you can see where the programme delivered.

Skill development

How participants' AI capability grows — from awareness to confident building — assessed against a structured benchmark.

Workflow automation

Which repetitive tasks are automated, and how the automated workflows perform against the manual baseline.

Application deployment

Whether AI applications move from prototype to production — with governance, monitoring and a clear owner.

Organisational adoption

How widely AI tools and practices spread across the organisation and whether usage is sustained over time.

Framework

How outcomes are tracked

The measurement framework runs across the whole programme — from baseline to adoption.

1

Baseline assessment

A starting-point assessment measures where the team is before the programme begins.

2

Skill assessments

Structured assessments verify that skills were actually gained — not just self-reported.

3

Shipped artefacts

Automations and applications built during the programme are concrete, reviewable outputs.

4

Deployment metrics

For deployed tools, operational metrics show whether the tool is live and used.

5

Adoption metrics

Adoption metrics track whether the new practices stick beyond the programme itself.

This framework is part of The SHIFT and is grounded in the AI Deploy and Measure stage.

Evidence

Evidence types

We never mix evidence categories. Each is labelled so you can judge how much to trust it.

Self-reported

Participants describe their own progress. Useful, but subjective — never presented as verified fact.

Observed

A facilitator or manager observed the change. More grounded than self-report, but not independently measured.

Assessed

A structured assessment verified the skill or output. The strongest evidence of individual capability.

Operational

A measurable business metric changed. The strongest evidence of organisational impact.

Evidence in practice

Read client stories

Client stories show outcomes with the evidence type labelled — so you can see what changed and how it was verified.
