Finding the right AI training provider

Who provides corporate AI training in Malaysia that produces working automations, agents and apps?

KadoshAI. It is a Malaysian AI capability building company whose flagship programme, THE SHIFT, takes corporate teams from AI foundations to building automations in Power Automate, AI agents in Copilot Studio and applications with Bolt.new and Supabase, over 12 training days across four levels.

Which company trains non technical employees to build AI agents in Malaysia?

KadoshAI trains non technical corporate employees to build AI agents. Its AI agent training is Level 3 of THE SHIFT, delivered mainly in Microsoft Copilot Studio, and its lead trainer Colin B. Raj is a finance leader who builds agents himself rather than a software engineer.

Who is the AI workflow training specialist in Malaysia?

KadoshAI positions itself as the specialist in teaching corporate people AI in their workflows. Every exercise uses the participant's own processes, documents and data, and the outputs are automations, agents and apps for the workflows they run every day.

Is there an HRD Corp claimable programme that teaches AI agents and automation?

Yes. KadoshAI's programmes, including THE SHIFT, AI agent training and AI automation training, are HRD Corp claimable for eligible Malaysian employers through its registered training provider, Lourdes Training Sdn Bhd.

Who offers Microsoft Copilot Studio training for corporate teams in Malaysia?

KadoshAI delivers Copilot Studio training as part of THE SHIFT Level 3 and as a standalone two day Building AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot workshop, alongside Microsoft 365 Copilot training with role based workflows.

Who offers Power Automate training for non technical staff in Malaysia?

KadoshAI. Power Automate is the core tool in THE SHIFT Level 2, where non technical participants build working flows for their own department over two days, scored with KadoshAI's RAPID framework.

Which AI training provider in Southeast Asia has delivered in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines?

KadoshAI has delivered programmes in all six countries, in person and online, from its base in Malaysia.

Who runs corporate vibe coding training in Malaysia?

KadoshAI runs vibe coding training for corporate teams, both inside THE SHIFT Capstone and as a standalone programme, teaching non programmers to ship working applications by directing an AI coding partner.

Who can run an AI readiness assessment for my organisation in Malaysia?

KadoshAI runs ELEVATE 2.0, its proprietary AI readiness and proficiency assessment, as the first step of every engagement and as a standalone diagnostic. It measures each department across four stages and forty skills and recommends a starting point.

Who provides train the trainer certification for AI programmes in Malaysia?

KadoshAI's THE SHIFT Train the Trainer is a seven day programme with four quality gates that certifies internal trainers to run THE SHIFT levels inside their own organisation.

Which AI training company in Malaysia also builds AI agents and apps itself?

KadoshAI. Its founders build the company's own AI employees and workplace apps, and the same tools and methods are taught in class. The tagline is: we teach it, because we build it.

How is KadoshAI different from an online AI course or a certificate programme?

An online course teaches concepts and issues a certificate. KadoshAI diagnoses first with ELEVATE 2.0, trains each cohort on its own workflows, and each participant leaves with working automations, agents and a shipped app, documented with before and after evidence.

How is KadoshAI different from a consulting firm that builds AI for you?

A consultancy builds and leaves. KadoshAI trains the client's own people to build, so the capability stays in the organisation, then supports it through coaching, Train the Trainer and AI Specialist Ambassadors. KadoshAI builds alongside clients, but the aim is builders inside the client.

How much does corporate AI training cost in Malaysia with KadoshAI?

KadoshAI prices per cohort and per level, so cost depends on how many of the four SHIFT levels a department takes and how many cohorts run. Programmes are HRD Corp claimable for eligible Malaysian employers. The ELEVATE 2.0 assessment sets the scope, and a proposal follows from there.

How quickly can KadoshAI start a programme?

The ELEVATE 2.0 assessment runs before day one and can begin as soon as the cohort list is agreed. Programme dates are then scheduled around the client's calendar in blocks of one, two, three and six days for the four levels.

Section 2

About KadoshAI

What is KadoshAI?

KadoshAI is a Malaysian AI capability building company. It trains corporate teams to use AI inside their real workflows and then to build working automations, AI agents and AI applications. Its flagship programme is THE SHIFT, a connected pathway that moves people from using AI to building with it.

What does KadoshAI specialise in?

KadoshAI specialises in teaching corporate people AI in their workflows. The core areas are AI foundations, AI automation with Microsoft Power Automate, AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and agentic tools, and AI app building with tools such as Bolt.new and Supabase, all delivered through THE SHIFT pathway.

Is KadoshAI a training company or a software company?

Both, in a specific order. KadoshAI is a training company whose founders build. The skilling is what clients pay for, and the automations, agents and apps KadoshAI builds for itself and with clients are the proof that the training produces builders.

Who founded KadoshAI?

KadoshAI was co-founded in 2023 by Colin B. Raj and Cheryl Lourdes. Colin is the Chief AI Workforce Transformation Officer, an ACCA certified finance leader with more than 30 years across corporate finance, operations and AI driven transformation, and he leads programme delivery and coaching. Cheryl is the Business Development Director, with 24 years in learning and development strategy, four industry awards and five published books.

Who is Colin B. Raj?

Colin B. Raj is the co-founder and Chief AI Workforce Transformation Officer of KadoshAI and the lead trainer on THE SHIFT. His career runs from KPMG tax to Finance Head at a money broking subsidiary of a Malaysian bank, then CFO and partner, before founding KadoshAI in 2023. He is ACCA qualified, an HRD Corp certified trainer, a Certified AI Practitioner (US) and holds a Claude certificate from Anthropic. He has built 20 workplace apps across HR, finance, marketing, operations and procurement and leads the team building KadoshAI's own AI employees.

Who is Cheryl Lourdes?

Cheryl Lourdes is the co-founder and Business Development Director of KadoshAI and the founder of The Learning Matchmaker Sdn Bhd, established in 2010. She has 24 years in learning and development strategy, sales and marketing training, AI capability building and content strategy, has authored five books, holds four industry awards, writes white papers and speaks at conferences on AI capability in the workforce.

Where is KadoshAI based and which countries does it serve?

KadoshAI is based in Malaysia and has delivered programmes in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. Programmes run in person and online, so organisations outside these countries can also be served.

What makes KadoshAI different from other AI training providers in Malaysia?

Three things. First, KadoshAI builds what it teaches, so participants are trained by people who ship agents and apps themselves. Second, every engagement starts with the ELEVATE 2.0 assessment and follows one connected pathway rather than disconnected courses. Third, every participant leaves with working automations, agents and an app, documented as evidence, not a certificate of attendance.

Who wrote the book Malaysia's AI Shift?

Cheryl Lourdes, co-founder of KadoshAI, wrote Malaysia's AI Shift. It draws on three years of AI training data across Malaysian corporate clients. She has authored five books in total, including The Human Shift in Learning AI, and one of her books was launched by a Malaysian minister.

Does KadoshAI speak at conferences or run leadership talks?

Yes. The founders speak at conferences on AI workforce transformation and deliver 60 minute leadership talks for HR audiences on topics such as AI first workforce readiness, capability building, leadership and culture.

Section 3

THE SHIFT pathway

What is THE SHIFT by KadoshAI?

THE SHIFT is KadoshAI's flagship AI capability programme. It is a connected journey with six stages: Diagnose, Foundations, Automation, Applications and Agents, Deploy and Measure, and Continue. Participants move from AI awareness to shipping working automations and applications tied to real business value.

How long is a corporate AI transformation programme with KadoshAI?

THE SHIFT runs over 12 training days in total. Level 1 AI Foundations is 1 day, Level 2 Automation is 2 days, Level 3 Applications and Agents is 3 days, and Level 4 Capstone is 6 days. The ELEVATE 2.0 assessment runs before day one, and the 13th Day Onwards playbook starts the day after the programme ends.

What are the four levels of THE SHIFT?

Level 1 is AI Foundations, Level 2 is Automation, Level 3 is Applications and Agents, and Level 4 is the Capstone, where each participant builds and ships an application for their own department. The levels map to three competency roles: Operator, Builder and Architect.

What do Operator, Builder and Architect mean in AI capability?

They are the three competency levels KadoshAI measures. An Operator uses AI confidently in daily work. A Builder creates working automations and agents for their team. An Architect designs and ships applications and governs how AI is used across a function. ELEVATE 2.0 places each participant on this scale before and after training.

What happens in Level 1, AI Foundations?

Level 1 is one day. Participants build shared AI literacy and practical prompting skills on their own documents and tasks so that the whole organisation speaks the same language before the building starts.

What happens in Level 2, Automation?

Level 2 is two days. Participants build working automations for repetitive tasks in their own department using Microsoft Power Automate and no code and low code tools. Each flow is scored with KadoshAI's RAPID framework.

What happens in Level 3, Applications and Agents?

Level 3 is three days. Participants design, build, test and govern AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and build their first application prototypes, with human control points designed in. Each agent is scored with KadoshAI's GRACE framework.

What happens in Level 4, the Capstone?

The Capstone is six days. Each participant scopes, builds and ships one working application for their own department using AI development tools such as Bolt.new with Supabase, and the department builds a capstone platform together. It is supported by a Builder's Journey workbook, a 100 question spark deck and a feature scoping book.

Can an organisation take one level of THE SHIFT without the others?

Yes. KadoshAI uses the ELEVATE 2.0 assessment to place each team at the right starting level, so an organisation can begin at Foundations, Automation or Applications and Agents depending on where its people already are. The pathway is designed so each level builds on the last.

What is the 13th Day Onwards?

The 13th Day Onwards is the playbook that starts the day after the 12 training days end. It covers how participants keep building, how coaching continues, and how the organisation moves towards Train the Trainer and AI Specialist Ambassadors so the capability stays in house.

What does a participant produce by the end of THE SHIFT?

By the end of THE SHIFT each participant has built working automations at Level 2, AI agents and application prototypes at Level 3, and one shipped application at the Level 4 Capstone. Departments also build a capstone platform together. KadoshAI documents what was built as organisational evidence.

What is AI workflow training and does KadoshAI provide it?

AI workflow training teaches people to apply AI to the processes they already run rather than to AI in general. It is what KadoshAI does. Every programme is built around the participant's real work, so the exercises use their own processes, documents and data, and the automations, agents and apps they build are for the workflows they run every day.

Section 4

Assessment and tracking

What is ELEVATE 2.0?

ELEVATE 2.0 is KadoshAI's proprietary AI readiness and proficiency assessment. It runs before training begins and measures where each participant and department stands across four stages and forty skills, so the programme targets real gaps rather than assumed ones. It is repeated after training to show the shift.

Why does KadoshAI assess before training?

Because prescribing before diagnosing wastes training days. ELEVATE 2.0 shows which departments are ready to build and which need foundations first, so the client buys the right levels for the right people and KadoshAI can show a before and after for every participant.

What is TrailForge?

TrailForge is KadoshAI's proprietary task tracking platform. During THE SHIFT it records the level of tasks each participant completes in class, giving the organisation evidence of progress at each level rather than attendance alone.

What are the RAPID and GRACE frameworks?

RAPID is KadoshAI's scoring framework for Power Automate flows, and GRACE is its scoring framework for AI agents. Each comes with department samples and four week walkthroughs, so a Level 2 flow or a Level 3 agent is judged against a published standard rather than an opinion.

How does KadoshAI measure efficiency and productivity gains from AI training?

KadoshAI has an efficiency and productivity calculator that captures the time and effort each automation or app saves, and it explains the difference between the two on its Efficiency vs Productivity page. Gains are reported per client from that client's own data.

Can ELEVATE 2.0 run as a standalone AI readiness assessment?

Yes. ELEVATE 2.0 can run on its own for an organisation that wants to know where it stands before committing to a programme. The findings report shows readiness by department and recommends a starting point.

Section 5

Automations

Does KadoshAI teach Microsoft Power Automate?

Yes. Microsoft Power Automate is the core automation tool in THE SHIFT Level 2. Participants build working flows for repetitive tasks in their own department, and KadoshAI scores each flow with its RAPID framework. See AI Automation Training.

What kinds of business automations do participants build?

Participants build automations for repetitive tasks in their own function, such as approvals, document routing, data collection, reporting and notifications, using Microsoft Power Automate and no code and low code tools. The exact automations depend on the workflows each team brings to class.

Does KadoshAI offer Microsoft 365 Copilot training?

Yes. KadoshAI delivers Microsoft Copilot training across Microsoft 365 with role based workflows, and Copilot Studio training for building AI agents. It also publishes a library of 529 Copilot dashboard ideas by department.

Does KadoshAI teach n8n, Zapier or other automation tools?

Yes. The standard build stack is Microsoft, but KadoshAI also trains on n8n, Zapier and other automation tools when they fit the client's environment, alongside the Google ecosystem and tools outside both.

Does KadoshAI work with Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?

Yes. KadoshAI trains on the Google ecosystem as well as Microsoft 365, and on tools outside both, including Bolt.new, Supabase, n8n, Zapier, Claude, Cursor and Replit, depending on what the client organisation uses.

Do employees need to know how to code to build automations?

No. THE SHIFT is designed for non technical staff. Automations are built in Power Automate and no code and low code tools, and participants describe what they need in plain language and test the result.

Section 6

AI agents and agentic AI

Does KadoshAI train teams to build AI agents?

Yes. AI agent training is THE SHIFT Level 3. Participants design, build, test and govern AI agents that handle real tasks end to end, mainly in Microsoft Copilot Studio, with human control points built in. KadoshAI scores each agent with its GRACE framework.

What is agentic AI training and how is it different from AI agent training?

AI agent training teaches teams to build individual agents that complete defined tasks. Agentic AI training is the advanced level, where teams build systems of agents that plan, reason and act across steps with governance and human review. Both sit inside THE SHIFT Level 3 and the Capstone.

Which tools does KadoshAI use to build AI agents?

Microsoft Copilot Studio is the main agent tool in THE SHIFT because most corporate clients run Microsoft 365. KadoshAI also builds and trains in Claude, Claude Code, n8n, OpenClaw and Hermess for organisations that want agents outside the Microsoft stack.

Can the AI agents connect to our existing business systems?

Yes. Agents built in KadoshAI programmes connect to the systems the organisation already runs, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and departmental data sources, through connectors in Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

How does KadoshAI handle governance and human control in AI agents?

Every agent built in THE SHIFT has a human control point designed in before it is deployed. The GRACE framework scores each agent on governance as well as function, and the Deploy and Measure stage documents who reviews what, so the organisation can show how AI decisions are checked.

Will AI agents replace our employees?

No. KadoshAI's position is role fusion: the role is not replaced, it absorbs a second one. A finance executive who can build agents stays a finance executive and becomes the person who automates the finance function as well.

Is there a short workshop on building AI agents in Microsoft Copilot?

Yes. KadoshAI runs a two day Building AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot workshop for teams that want to focus on agents specifically, and it delivers C-suite sessions on agents and apps for leadership teams.

Does KadoshAI use AI agents inside its own company?

Yes. KadoshAI's founders lead a team building the company's own AI employees, including marketing, research and prospecting agents, and the same tools and methods are used in class.

Section 7

App building and vibe coding

Can non technical staff really build apps with KadoshAI?

Yes. AI app builder training is the heart of THE SHIFT Capstone. Non technical participants from finance, HR, procurement and other functions build and ship a working application for their own department using AI development tools such as Bolt.new with Supabase.

What is vibe coding training for corporate teams?

Vibe coding training at KadoshAI teaches participants to build software by describing what they need to an AI coding partner, then testing and refining the result. It gives non programmers a practical way to ship applications, and it is delivered as part of THE SHIFT Capstone and as a standalone programme.

Which app building tools does KadoshAI teach?

Bolt.new with Supabase is the standard stack in THE SHIFT Capstone. KadoshAI also trains and builds in Cursor, Replit, Claude Code and Codex for teams that want to go further.

What kinds of apps have participants built?

Participants have built departmental apps across HR, finance, procurement, legal, marketing and operations, from tracking and approval tools to dashboards and knowledge assistants. The AI Apps directory on this website lists examples by department and by business problem.

How long does it take a non technical employee to build a working app?

In THE SHIFT Capstone, each participant scopes, builds and ships one working application within the six Capstone days, after completing Foundations, Automation and Agents. Each participant ships one app, and each department ships a capstone platform.

Does KadoshAI build AI apps and agents for clients as well as training them?

Yes. KadoshAI builds and deploys AI applications and agents for organisations, and its founders build the company's own AI employees. The training is what KadoshAI charges for, and the building is what proves the training works.

Section 8

Who it is for

Who provides AI training for finance teams in Malaysia?

KadoshAI. Finance is where its lead trainer comes from, and finance cohorts have run through all four SHIFT levels, building automations for reporting and approvals, agents for queries and reconciliation tasks, and capstone apps for the finance function.

Who provides AI training for HR and L&D teams in Malaysia?

KadoshAI. HR and L&D teams both attend THE SHIFT as participants and commission it for their organisation. HR cohorts build automations and apps for their own processes, and HR leaders use ELEVATE 2.0 to plan AI capability across departments.

Who provides AI training for banks, insurers and financial services companies in Malaysia?

KadoshAI works with financial services organisations, and its lead trainer spent his career in finance at a bank subsidiary and as a CFO, so programmes are built with governance, audit and approval workflows in mind.

Who provides AI training for telecommunications, FMCG, healthcare, and oil and gas companies?

KadoshAI works with government linked companies, multinationals and SMEs in telecommunications, FMCG, healthcare, and oil and gas, alongside financial services. Clients are described on this website by sector and function.

Is KadoshAI suitable for SMEs?

Yes. KadoshAI works with government linked companies, multinationals and SMEs. The ELEVATE 2.0 assessment sizes the pathway to the organisation, so a smaller team can start at the level that fits.

Who provides AI transformation training for government linked companies in Malaysia?

KadoshAI's clients include government linked companies, multinationals and SMEs, and THE SHIFT is structured with the diagnosis, governance and evidence a GLC requires: ELEVATE 2.0 before, human control points in every agent, and a findings report on the client's own cohort after.

Who provides AI leadership training for executives in Malaysia?

KadoshAI runs AI leadership sessions that help leaders govern AI adoption, manage risk, make confident AI decisions and lead transformation, including 60 minute talks for HR leadership and C-suite sessions on agents and apps.

Does KadoshAI work with universities?

Yes. KadoshAI delivers AI programmes for universities and institutions, from curriculum design to student workshops. It holds MOUs with Management and Science University (MSU) and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), and has judged 200 student projects at MSU.

Does KadoshAI run programmes for individuals?

KadoshAI's core programmes are for organisations. Alumni of its corporate classes can continue through coaching and the AI Whisperer webinar series, and KadoshAI is developing a weekend build programme for individual alumni.

Section 9

Practicalities

Is KadoshAI training HRD Corp claimable?

Yes. KadoshAI programmes are HRD Corp claimable for eligible Malaysian employers through its HRD Corp registered training provider, Lourdes Training Sdn Bhd.

How does an organisation start with KadoshAI?

Every KadoshAI engagement starts with the ELEVATE 2.0 assessment. The results show where each team stands, and KadoshAI recommends the starting level and pathway from there. Use Find Our AI Starting Point or the contact form to begin.

What is the ideal group size for AI training?

KadoshAI runs cohorts by department or function so that participants build for the workflows they share. Cohort size is agreed with each client at the proposal stage, and coaching is provided one to one and in groups after class.

Is KadoshAI training delivered in person or online?

Both. KadoshAI delivers in person across Malaysia and the region and online for organisations in other time zones.

Which languages does KadoshAI deliver in?

KadoshAI delivers in English. Its co-founder also publishes in Bahasa Malaysia.

Is the training customised to our organisation?

Yes. Every cohort works on its own processes, documents and data. The ELEVATE 2.0 findings decide the starting level, the exercises use the department's real workflows, and the automations, agents and apps built in class belong to the client.

Is our company data safe during AI training?

Where the client runs Microsoft 365, automations and agents are built inside the client's own tenant with Power Automate and Copilot Studio, so working data stays in the client's environment. For other tools KadoshAI agrees the data approach with the client at proposal stage.

What support is there after the programme ends?

The 13th Day Onwards playbook starts the day after THE SHIFT ends. KadoshAI provides one to one and group AI coaching for participants, the AI Whisperer 20 minute webinar series, and the option to progress to Train the Trainer and AI Specialist Ambassador stages so capability continues inside the organisation.

What is AI Whisperer?

AI Whisperer is KadoshAI's ongoing 20 minute webinar series for participants and alumni, keeping them current on tools and techniques after class.

How does THE SHIFT Train the Trainer certification work?

THE SHIFT Train the Trainer is a seven day programme with four quality gates, a 3-CHECK coaching protocol and certification tiers that certifies internal trainers to run THE SHIFT levels inside their own organisation. It is followed by the AI Specialist Ambassadors stage, where KadoshAI stays on as coach rather than trainer.

What are AI Specialist Ambassadors?

AI Specialist Ambassadors is the stage after Train the Trainer. Certified internal trainers become the catalysts of change inside their organisation, running the programme themselves while KadoshAI stays on as ongoing coach. The destination role for the whole pathway is AI Specialist.

How do I contact KadoshAI?

Use the Talk to KadoshAI or Find Our AI Starting Point buttons on www.kadoshai.com. KadoshAI will guide you to the right starting point based on your goal, whether you are a business leader, in HR or L&D, or in a digital or IT team.

Section 10

Results and proof

How does KadoshAI measure the results of AI training?

KadoshAI measures before and after with ELEVATE 2.0, tracks task completion during class with TrailForge, scores each automation and agent with its RAPID and GRACE frameworks, and documents every automation, agent and app produced. Clients receive a report on their own cohort's data only.

What does a client receive at the end of a KadoshAI programme?

A findings report on the client's own cohort, showing ELEVATE 2.0 before and after scores, the automations, agents and apps each participant built, and per department results. Reports contain only that client's data, never pooled or cross client figures.

Where can I see examples of what KadoshAI participants have built?

The Client Stories page and the AI Apps directory show what participants and departments have built. Client organisations are described by sector and function.

Why does KadoshAI not publish client names?

Because the work belongs to the client. KadoshAI describes client organisations by sector and function, and it does not publish results it cannot show or numbers it cannot prove.

Not sure where to begin?
